Jo has facilitated wellness and empowerment classes for over 10 years in the USA and Canada before writing books on graduating professional wellness coaching programs in both Vancouver and New York. Jo has spoken at The Harvard Faculty Club, and the Sedona Mental Health Coalition and enjoys speaking in general. She continues to develop and teach Trauma Cooperative Yoga® programs and will release the book Trauma Resolution by Christmas 2021. She shares her knowledge generously with passion and has a unique clarity for the trauma survivor's experience. In addition, Jo advocates for the further development of transition wellness programs within the United States Military in response to the current USA Military suicide pandemic. Jo is a Registered teacher with Yoga Alliance and guides her classes with love for the survivor's ability to shift the impact of Post Traumatic Stress in order to create more ease and enjoyment in life.

Jane Mizrahi earned her master’s degree in social work as a second career, and now enjoys running a private practice offering body-centered therapy to groups, individuals, and families. She provides supervision for therapists who work for an in home therapist program out of her local Hospital, and she also facilitates a therapist peer support group, too. Jane shares her wellness teachings through her writing, her yoga facilitation, and in her attendance of the TCY program. Otherwise, she’s hiking, reading, or watching the next hot Netflix series. She is married, has two adult sons, two four legged pups, Jazz and Coco, and a cat named Bodhi who is the unannounced boss of them all.

Cat Dols is the author of Own Your Power, Love Your Life. She is also a trained Professional Coach from the Proctor Gallagher Institute. In her client practice she supports the shifting of undesirable frequencies that are held within the personal conscious, and subconscious mind, and body. Her ongoing yogic path is to continue to support the evolution of each client’s rightful inner power. One of her most effective client tools that she has developed is creating greater self knowing with her 3 Step Process of Self-Forgiveness that is designed to encourage freedom from past traumatic life experiences. Cat’s physical client practice is situated in Washington. However, she works virtually via online sessions as she is needed. She has been an honored guest on nationwide television and radio.

Guest Teacher: Dr. Hank Brightman

For several years, Dr. Hank has maintained a private trauma and wellness practice in Newport, Rhode Island, focused on applying a variety of holistic techniques to support client recovery. His primary approach combines Jungian, Gestalt, narrative, and expressive therapies with clinical hypnotherapy, physical fitness, and nutrition. two master’s degrees from Salve Regina University (a MA in Holistic Counseling and a MA in Holistic Leadership), two certificates of advanced graduate study (CAGS) in Counseling-applications in the Expressive & Creative Arts from Salve Regina University and Mental Health, and a Doctorate in Educational Administration & Leadership (Ed.D.) from Seton Hall University. He is a graduate of the Assisi Institute’s Two-Year Archetypal Pattern Analyst (APA) program, is a certified clinical hypnotherapist (CHT), is a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP), and is a certified personal trainer through the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

Guest Trainer: Dr. Dan Libby

Dan is a founder and Executive Director of Veterans Yoga Project. He is a licensed clinical psychologist and yoga teacher specializing in the mindful integration of evidence-based psychotherapies and complementary and alternative medicine practices for the treatment of PTS(D) and other psychological and emotional distress in active-duty military and veterans. As a Postdoctoral Fellow with Yale University’s Department of Psychiatry and the VA’s Mental Illness Research and Education Clinical Center, Dan conducted research investigating the physiological correlates of mindfulness meditation as well as the first epidemiological investigation of Complementary and Alternative Medicine in VA PTSD treatment programs. He is also former Director of Clinical Services for the Starlight Military Rehabilitation Program and has taught mindfulness and yoga to hundreds of veterans and active-duty service members. Karyne B. Wilner, PsyD, licensed psychologist and educator, has a private practice in Newtown, CT. She currently directs the Core Energetics Academy and was formerly Assistant Director of the International Institute for Core Energetics, Senior Director of the Brazilian Institute, and Associate Director in Australia. She has traveled widely giving lectures, workshops, and seminars, and she has written numerous journal articles about somatics and psychology. In addition to her training programs, she is presently teaching Master’s level Holistic Counseling courses at Salve Regina University in Newport RI. Her joy is in helping people become more authentic and lead richer, fuller lives.

Céline is an embodiment facilitator and certified Yoga and Mindfulness meditation teacher (257.5 CYT) that uses a range of trauma-informed techniques to help people become more embodied. She is also a writer, researcher and teacher with a background in social justice activism. Her aim is to help people resolve trauma held in their bodies, to help people that feel disconnected, dissociated or disembodied to come home to themselves, and to make people with physical disabilities, chronic illnesses and ailments find freedom in their bodies. She currently facilitates private embodiment sessions, leads the Inner Beat course: Bringing Justice to the Self: Harnessing Your Innate Resources. and teaches group yoga classes in Idyllwild, CA.
