Jo facilitated wellness and empowerment classes for 10 years combined in the USA and Canada before taking "time off" to research and write books on trauma resilience. Following, she spoke at The Harvard Faculty Club, and the Sedona Mental Health Coalition. She develops the Inner Beat online programs after studying with Dr. Mary Shields and Dr. Karyne Wilner in the United States in Body Psychology focuses. She shares her knowledge generously with passion and has a unique clarity for the trauma survivor's experience. In present day she studies Integrative Nutrition with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition based on New York City. Jo also supports the United States Military with humorous yoga enthusiast videos in response to the current United States Military suicide pandemic. Jo is a member of Yoga Alliance and is a Member with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists. She guides this school with love for the survivor.

Special Guest Teacher: Dr. Daniel Libby

Dan is a founder and Executive Director of Veterans Yoga Project. He is a licensed clinical psychologist and yoga teacher specializing in the mindful integration of evidence-based psychotherapies and complementary and alternative medicine practices for the treatment of PTS(D) and other psychological and emotional distress in active-duty military and veterans. As a Postdoctoral Fellow with Yale University’s Department of Psychiatry and the VA’s Mental Illness Research and Education Clinical Center, Dan conducted research investigating the physiological correlates of mindfulness meditation as well as the first epidemiological investigation of Complementary and Alternative Medicine in VA PTSD treatment programs. He is also former Director of Clinical Services for the Starlight Military Rehabilitation Program and has taught mindfulness and yoga to hundreds of veterans and active-duty service members. Céline is an embodiment facilitator and certified Yoga and Mindfulness meditation teacher (257.5 CYT) that uses a range of trauma-informed techniques to help people become more embodied. She is also a writer, researcher and teacher with a background in social justice activism. Her aim is to help people resolve trauma held in their bodies, to help people that feel disconnected, dissociated or disembodied to come home to themselves, and to make people with physical disabilities, chronic illnesses and ailments find freedom in their bodies. She currently facilitates private embodiment sessions, leads the Inner Beat course: Bringing Justice to the Self: Harnessing Your Innate Resources. and teaches group yoga classes in Idyllwild, CA.
